Cancellation of the General Council June 2020 Half-Yearly Meeting

We have taken the unprecedented decision to cancel the General Council’s Half-Yearly Meeting, which was scheduled to have taken place on Saturday June 13th, 2020.

In an effort to mitigate this, Billet will contain not only the papers for this meeting, but also the information, which would have been presented orally at the meeting. 

Both Billet and Annex will be posted on the General Council website.

General Council members are invited to raise any issues they may have between meetings, with the General Council office.

• Postponement of General Council event

The programme planned to follow the General Council Half-yearly Meeting on Saturday June 13th has been postponed. The presentations, designed to showcase the opportunities and challenges for the University in engaging with China, will be rescheduled for Saturday June 12th 2021.
